Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
To create an account and use the services at 999db, users must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is only for those aged 21 and above. Providing false information about age will result in immediate account termination and the associated balance may be forfeited.
2.2 Registration Requirements
The following conditions must be met to create an account:
- The user must be a resident of Bangladesh.
- All information provided must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
- Each individual may only have one account — opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- The mobile number or email address provided at registration must belong to the user.
- Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.
2.3 Identity Verification
999db may request identity verification at any time. A National ID (NID), passport, or other relevant documents may be required before a withdrawal or in cases of suspicious activity. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.
Creating an account with false information may lead to legal consequences, and the associated balance and winnings will be forfeited.
Account Management
3.1 Login Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing your password or granting access to a third party is prohibited. 999db will not be liable for unauthorised access to your account — however, you must notify our support team immediately if this occurs.
3.2 Updating Account Information
If your details change (such as your mobile number or bank information), you are required to notify the 999db support team immediately. 999db will not be responsible for any transaction issues caused by outdated information.
3.3 Account Inactivity
An account with no activity for 12 consecutive months may be marked as inactive. The balance of an inactive account will remain secure, but identity verification may be required to reactivate it.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount at 999db is ৳200. The following methods may be used to make a deposit:

- Nagad
- Rocket
- Upay
- Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks)
Only deposits from a payment account registered in the user's own name are accepted. Deposits made through a third party are prohibited.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Successfully verified withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
Withdrawals will only be made via the same method used for the deposit. In special cases, a withdrawal through a different method may be approved after the user's identity has been verified.
Withdrawal time: 10–45 minutes (under normal conditions). Processing may take longer in some cases due to bank holidays or network issues.
4.3 Transaction Verification
999db reserves the right to conduct additional verification for suspicious transactions. Documentation may be requested for transactions above a certain amount under Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
999db offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The terms for claiming the bonus are as follows:
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
- Example: Even if you deposit ৳12,000, the maximum bonus is ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.
- A wagering requirement of 15x applies to the bonus amount.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on both the deposit and the bonus. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets (1,000 × 15) before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collecting bonuses through family members, or employing any other dishonest method will result in all associated accounts being terminated and the bonuses being forfeited.
5.4 VIP Program
The 999db VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

5.5 Changes to Promotional Terms
999db reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any promotion, bonus, or VIP benefit at any time. Users will be notified of changes through the platform in a timely manner.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Game Outcomes
All game outcomes at 999db are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial and fair. Our game operation processes are regularly audited to ensure fair play. If a technical error is found in any game outcome, 999db reserves the right to make a correction.
6.2 Betting Limits
Each game or betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits are displayed in the game interface. Bet limits may vary depending on the user's tier and history.
6.3 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection, server issues, or other technical reasons, 999db will make every reasonable effort to provide a fair resolution. However, 999db will not be liable for issues caused by a fault with your internet service provider.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Placing bets in a deliberate pattern to exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse).
- Exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical errors.
- Any form of theft, fraud, or money laundering.
- Placing bets through or on behalf of a third party.
- Operating games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Harassing, threatening, or verbally abusing other users.
- Collecting or disclosing any platform information without authorisation.
If evidence of fraud or money laundering is found, 999db reserves the right to hand over the relevant information to law enforcement authorities.

- Suspicion of fraud or deception.
- Evidence of registration using false information.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found.
- Due to legal or regulatory requirements.
10.2 Closure by the User
You can close your account at any time. Any existing balance must be withdrawn before closing the account. Contact the 999db support team to request account closure.
If 999db closes an account due to a violation of the terms and conditions, any balance obtained through unlawful activity may be forfeited.
Limitation of Liability
999db is committed to providing the highest quality service, however our liability is limited in the following cases:
- Service disruption caused by internet service interruptions or power issues.
- Errors in third-party software or payment gateways.
- Issues with the user's own device or network.
- Service termination due to unforeseen technical or legal circumstances.
In any case, the maximum liability of 999db is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the relevant transaction. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
